§ 1 Agreement
Any contract between parties is concluded solely on the basis of the present general orders, sales and delivery.

§ 2 Prices
All prices (including shipping and handling) are valid in Germany. All offers are non-binding. The prices are final prices. Due to the exemption for small businesses (according to § 19 para 1 VATA) sales tax is not being applied. For orders from outside of Germany, prices (including shipping and handling) will be listed separately.

§ 3 Delivery
Any order will be charged in advance or via PayPal and will be shipped to the sellers address. Cash on delivery shipping is only available to customers in Germany. Unless otherwise agreed your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days. For overseas shipping, the delivery time will be listed separately.

§ 4 Warranty / Liability
The seller does not take any responsibility for damages due to improper usage of the product. Information and advice, etc. will always be given without guarantee and without possibility of recourse to legal action. As far as the shipped product is damaged in terms of § 459 BGB, we will replace the product. Obvious damages of the product need to be notified in writing by the purchaser within two weeks of delivery.

§ 5 Withdrawal
You may cancel any contract with us within one month without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, e-mail) or by returning the goods. This period starts at its earlies point with the receipt of this instruction. The revocation period is sufficient with the timely sending of the revocation. The revocation must be sent to:

§ 6 Consequences
In the case of an effective revocation the received benefits are to be given back mutually. In case you are not able to give the product back as you received it we will need to charge you an appropriate fee. This does not apply if the damage of the product occured due to proper usage. The purchaser is responsible for the costs of any parcel shipment. If the order was below 40,- EURO the purchaser does just need to bear the cost of return if the received products were shipped and delivered as ordered. In any other case the purchaser will not be charged for the costs of return.

§ 7 Protection of Privacy
The data given by any purchaser will be saved and handled according to the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Any purchasers data will not be shared with third parties.
